Tuesday 1 2000m / 1600m / 1200m / 800m / 400m; 400m jog recovery in 3 minutes between reps
Tuesday 8 3 x 2000m; 400m jog recovery in 3 minutes between reps
Tuesday 15 4 x 1 mile; 390m jog recovery in 3 minutes between reps
Tuesday 22 5 x 1200m; 400m jog recovery in 3 minutes between reps
1500M RUNNERS (Alan Dolton supervising):
Tuesday 1 4 x 800m; 400m walk/jog recovery in 4 minutes between reps
Tuesday 8 6 x 600m; 400m jog recovery in 3 minutes between reps
Tuesday 15 8 x 400m; 400m jog recovery in 3 minutes between reps
Tuesday 22 4 x 800m; 400m walk / jog recovery in 4 minutes between reps
Please try to meet at Croydon Arena by 7.15 pm, to warm up by jogging, stretching and two laps of ‘strides’ in time to start the session at 7.30 pm.
‘Novice’ runners are recommended to do the ‘1500m runners’ session.
